Try their customer favourites, like the Chicken Tikka Masala - chicken tikka onion rolled with gram flour and Indian spices and fried , Fish Korma - fish cooked in mild cashew nut gravy, the Lamb Rogan Josh - tender pieces of lamb cooked with coriander seed, capsicum, onion and mixed spices and the Dal Makhani - black lentils, kidney beans cooked in low heat and mixed black pepper, onion, garlic, ginger and garnished with cream or butter. They have fusion Indian dishes found under the ‘Chef’s Special’, which are all a fresh takes on favourite Indian dishes.
