Mudita “The pleasure of finding joy in the happiness and success of others” - Vanda Scaravelli- A Tribute During the last 13 years, since 2007 I have experienced the power of joy and inner peace that yoga can bring to one's life. I became passionate about sharing this experience with others. I spent a decade learning about the yogic concepts of a peaceful mind, physicality, mental wellbeing and mindfulness, a harmonised interaction between inner and external strength and a balanced path thriving for holistic health. I have been teaching yoga for 5 years and accumulated over a 1000 classes provided in English and Cantonese instruction. I teach an eclectic range of yoga classes from one-on-one session to regular small groups in addition to larger classes with 20 students or more. My teaching approach is specially tailored for client's personal requirements from level 1 to 3 with modifications based on individual conditions. During my career in Yoga, I teach Hatha Yoga, Gentle Flow Yoga, Relaxing Stretch, Prenatal Yoga, Wall Yoga, Power or Vinyasa Yoga. I run specially tailored private class services one-on-one. I also hold regular evening and morning classes on my peaceful jungle and sea view rooftop on Lamma Island, do freelance teaching every Saturday at Yoga Club Hong Kong in the TST headquarter studio, hold various corporate company sessions and also cater for teaching elderly classes.
