A Head Chef since 2004, and has over 20 years experience in the kitchen, his creativity is evident with their weekly specials that ranges from classic western favourites (like pasta) to his exciting fusion dishes (try the Moroccan chicken salad!). Among customer favourites are chicken parmesan, full English breakfast and chorizo pasta. Chef Marlon’s recommendations are the Jing Jing Salad, the Moroccan chicken salad, and for dessert, the Classic French crepes. Most of the ingredients are sourced locally here on Lamma and they maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen. Jing Jing is located along Main Street and just a 7-minute walk from the Yung Shue Wan ferry pier. Refresh yourself with their 3 beers on tap and more than 15 bottle beer labels.
